Shipping Policy

All products will only be delivered within 1-5 working days upon your full payment and confirmation of order.

Shipping fees may include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight or dimensional weight of the shipment and location of delivery.

Shipping to Sabah & Sarawak is only available upon inquiry only.

If you paid for defective items or wrong items shipped, you must contact us immediately (within 48 hours from time of delivery) at askme@wondergive.com or refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Return & Refund Policy 

You or your recipient may return gifts within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. 

Refund or exchange will only be accepted if the product received is:

• Expired, damaged inside packaging or different from the product ordered
• Returned within 7 days from the date of the Product Return Confirmation Email

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. wondergive.com reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange upon final review if the above guidelines have not been met.
